- Introduction to the IOSA system
- Performing audits under IOSA
- Operational safety management principles
- Legal aspects and cultural characteristics
- IOSA checklists and audit procedures
This demanding training course requires the trainees to work through pre-course material. The training course concludes with an optional final IATA exam.
