WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is designed for individuals who wish to identify & manage important process variables as well as their effect on quality & productivity improvement.

PREREQUISITE

Knowledge of basic algebra is highly recommended. A familiarity with SPC concepts will prove helpful.
